“Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, or worn. It is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace & gratitude.” – Denis Waitley

Feeling unhappy with your body and struggling to make peace with food?

Feeling like you are using drugs and alcohol to cope with life?

I work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, but specialize in working with women and adolescent girls who want to make peace with food, their bodies, and let go of the hold alcohol and other drugs have on their life. My mission is to help women embrace eating in a mindful way, change their relationship with substances, and find a sense of body acceptance and self compassion in their lives.

As women, we receive many messages about who we are vs. who we should be. Holding onto these messages plays a large role in not just our struggles with food and our bodies, but our use of substances and overall mental health.

  • Do you want to let go of rules about what you should eat, your size, and what the number on the scale says?
  • Do you want to let go of the hold drugs and alcohol have on your life?
  • Are you truly feeling motivated to make some changes and begin working on these issues in therapy?

If so, contact me to get started!
